Uma nova canção de Michael Jackson foi lançada,
em esquema "holywwodiano"- escolta policial,
homens de óculos escuro e maleta presa ao pulso
por algemas- nesta segunda-feira (12) no site do cantor.
Intitulada "This Is It", em alusão à série de shows em
Londres que encerraria a carreira de Jackson,
a canção foi disponibilizada à 1h (horário de Brasília),
com poucos detalhes.

Não foi informado quando a faixa foi escrita e gravada,
nem quem trabalhou nela. Além disso, irmãos de Jackson
fazem backingn vocals, mas não se sabe se a participação
foi gravada antes ou depois da morte do astro pop, em junho.

O astro vinha trabalhando com artistas como Akon
e Will.i.am nos meses anteriores ao seu falecimento.

Um porta-voz do site oficial de Michael Jackson afirmou
que a canção será distribuída entre rádios e outros veículos
de mídia nesta segunda-feira, e será a única faixa original de
um CD duplo a ser lançado no dia 26 de outubro.

Filme
Acredita-se que esta é a primeira de uma série de novas
canções de Jackson que a família do cantor deve lançar
para levantar recursos e saldar as dívidas do astro.

Segundo o repórter da BBC em Los Angeles, Peter Bowes,
outra fonte de recursos será um filme, também intitulado
"This Is It", feito a partir da gravação de ensaios para os
concertos em Londres. A filmagem deve chegar aos cinemas
no dia 28 deste mês.

O repórter disse ter recebido informações de que o dinheiro
proveniente da canção, do filme e de publicidade será
suficiente para amortizar as dívidas de Jackson. O restante
iria para a mãe de Jackson e seus três filhos.

A gravadora de Jackson declinou pedidos iniciais de mais
detalhes a respeito desses trabalhos.
